Is the action 4 with the Mic adapter rain proof?

Im looking for people with a Daytona 660 who speak german.
Mayber some of you can speak german and we can create a little groupe to exchange thoughts about the bike.

I was looking to buy the Quadlock Stem Mount. But I fear that it will destroy my Phone camera because of the vibration. I saw they have an anti vibration add on. Does it work? What phone mounts do you use?
