I saw a social media post from the owner, but this article provides more context. From the owner's post, the buyer was undercutting prices, forcing him to sell at low prices, to cut out the competition. From the article, it sounds like he signed a contract to sell to the buyer, but the buyer won't pay enough to cover his costs.

Nicole Wallace is amazing as an interviewer, on par with the likes of Rachel Maddow.

Her approach is relaxed while maintaining the bite of a "gotcha" question.

I bet her podcast is a must listen... gonna check that out

As for Smith: Earnest, even-tempered, logical. I expect he had more than enough evidence to get a guilty verdict for Trump in court.
