Package stuck at customs for over 3 months and zero contact
Hey, so I've had an item stuck in limbo for soo long now, I've tried chasing Ebay, DHL, Evri etc. and there seems to be no way to get any info on what is actually going on. I thought it may be waiting for me to pay fees, but again, I've had zero correspondence. Tried contacting DHL, got absolutely no where, is there a representative that can actually help me please, or any advise on what to do as it seems no one wants to take any accountability for this parcel, thanks!
