(Emergency) Can someone please help me
I’ve been trying for days and I really need to get in contact with support. I got responded back to once but no follow up. I looked up that it may take months to get a response and while I completely understand that, I desperately need help from an official member as soon as possible. It is honestly not an exaggeration to say that my life could be in danger, and I really need to talk to someone at support quickly. I DM’d them on Twitter and tried to call their number, everything, but no luck. I simply cannot wait multiple months or weeks and this needs to be solved in days as I could potentially be in danger. If anyone knows advice on how to get the support team to respond quicker, or any way of talking to an official member when in dire situations, PLEASE tell me, it would be greatly appreciated.
