I'm pretty sure it's a scam because it starts with "Dear valued user" and the email address doesn't match, but I'm concerned because of money.

EDIT 2: So rather than being a digital marketing agency in Australia, they were actually trying to fake being MetaMask, a crypto wallet so yeah. Definitely a scam.

I've never had this problem prior. I literally just finished the race and got disconnected before getting my points (I checked), plus this made me lose Fair Play Points. How on Earth is that my fault? I'm just frustrated right now.

Everything posted before October 2025 is gone and I don't know why. Is there anything I can do to get them back? The help request form doesn't seem to be the right thing to use because of the choices and it's only a recent thing that's occurred, so unless the subs have gone back 5 years to filter out my posts, I don't think it's anything to do with that.
