All my Hondas!

I’ve had a few other bikes before these, most notably a 2012 Nc700X. This is where the collection has landed, and each brings something unique to the table for me.

I do feel like one day I’d like a dedicated track bike. The 2013 CBR600RR in HRC livery is at the top of my list!

  1. 2024 TransAlp- the true daily. Fun and characterful high revving engine, long travel suspension (for our crappy roads), and excellent fuel efficiency make this a wonderful ride.
  2. 2010 SH150i- my most recent pickup. Very convenient for popping around town running errands. I’ve always wanted one of these as it’s actually made in Italy, and the best selling scooter over there. Sadly, it wasn’t here and we only received it for the 2010 model year.
  3. 2019 CRF450L- the street legal off roader. Excellent for connecting trails my friends and I go riding. It’s even pretty capable on the highway, too!
  4. 1982 MB5- such a cool little machine. It’s a two stroke, five speed manual, and a screamer. It’ll do 55 mph, surprisingly, and I think it’s a really good looker.
  5. 1980 PA50 II- a true moped, with pedals! Also a two stroke, but about a 30 mph top speed. I actually converted it into a hybrid, with a 750w Ebike front hub drive motor, which gives it some nice extra torque to get off the line. The gas engine can also be decoupled from the driveline, so you can ride it electric only.

Our Honda Collection

Hi all! Here’s my current “collection” of Honda vehicles that I have at the moment. I’ve had plenty of others over the years, but this is the current crew that seems to have the most staying power.

  1. 2002 S2000- not much to say about this other than I’ll never let it go! Been the owner for about 14 years now and it’s the perfect fun weekend car. High revving engine, awesome Vtec sounds, and naturally the top must always be down.

  2. 1995 Civic LX- I was able to pick this one up more recently from its original owner. Low miles at only 90,000. I have plans to tighten up the rear suspension with fresh struts/springs, 22mm sway bar, and some ITR replica wheels with some sticky tires. I just want to make it a fun handling ride.

  3. 2003 CR-V EX- the “daily”, mainly for inclement weather and when I need to haul things. It’s pretty high mileage and a bit worn, but I recently replaced all of the suspension, added a 2” lift in the rear, and some beefier and larger Toyo open country tires.

  4. 2020 Passport Elite- the family car. My wife’s main car and the one our child will travel around in. It’s a very nice and comfortable machine.

  5. 2004 Element EX- wife’s old daily, but it’s hard to give up because it’s so darn versatile and a great hauler. Three of my next five vehicles were actually picked up with it when I bought them.

  6. 2024 TransAlp- the true daily. Fun and characterful high revving engine, long travel suspension (for our crappy roads), and excellent fuel efficiency make this a wonderful ride.

  7. 2010 SH150i- my most recent pickup. Very convenient for popping around town running errands. I’ve always wanted one of these as it’s actually made in Italy, and the best selling scooter over there. Sadly, it wasn’t here and we only received it for the 2010 model year.

  8. 2019 CRF450L- the street legal off roader. Excellent for connecting trails my friends and I go riding. It’s even pretty capable on the highway, too!

  9. 1982 MB5- such a cool little machine. It’s a two stroke, five speed manual, and a screamer. It’ll do 55 mph, surprisingly, and I think it’s a really good looker.

  10. 1980 PA50 II- a true moped, with pedals! Also a two stroke, but about a 30 mph top speed. I actually converted it into a hybrid, with a 750w Ebike front hub drive motor, which gives it some nice extra torque to get off the line. The gas engine can also be decoupled from the driveline, so you can ride it electric only.

Hope you all enjoy. I welcome any questions any of you may have!
