Yea it sucks, I was slowly started to accept it after the 5 day mark unfortunately. It’s hard not to think this was the only chance I’ll get considering I got this far in the interview process, it just feels so shattering after I’ve been applying so long. It feels like I’ve let so many people down. Post grad waiting is not for the weak. I guess time will only tell, and to keep applying.

Had my 3rd final round this week on Monday and it’s now Friday and I can’t help but be filled with anxiety between the days as I haven’t been updated by the hm and it’s my dream role haha. Do I still have a shot?

Hey everyone, I have my 3rd round tomorrow for an entry-level Safety Coordinator role. I already met with hr for the screening and the safety manager, now it’s two back-to-back interviews with the Senior Safety Manager and the VP of Risk Management. My only background is a safety internship that just focused on daily logs, data entry, spreadsheets, and site support.
For anyone who’s been through executive-level rounds or hires for entry-level safety:
What should I expect from each role at this stage and how should i prepare?
I’m incredibly nervous that I’ve made it this far and I’m getting really bad imposter syndrome knowing that my experience is limited, but they already know that. This is my dream job and being this close is so nerve wrecking haha.

Hey guys! I’m seeking advice for my first safety interview, I passed the screening interview and have a zoom meeting with the safety coordinator tomorrow.

Last year, I interned at a construction company in the safety department and I fell in love with the position. Walking in I had 0 clue what safety was and I left the internship with a passion in safety.

I graduated 3 months ago and I’m actively applying for safety work, I managed a couple screening calls and this would be my first time passing the screening stage.

I’m incredibly nervous as I have no clue what to expect, I can’t help but think I’m not qualified for this position as my experience was limited to 3 months, but I’m definitely eager to learn more, as I truly feel this is a career I’d want to be in.

What kind of questions should I expect? Or what should I ask? What kind of research should I do to understand the position more? I’ve already looked into the company and have a gist of what the company revolves around.
