Is the Arrow Longbow just inferior to the Arrow Nagas (stock and otherwise)?

It seems like it has more armor than the Naga, which would have mattered more prior to the Naga getting a bit of a buff, and... ?

Also what are your thoughts on the balance between the mechs that can use Arrow IV in general? What's best and why? What's worst and why?

So is there no way in Apple Music (On Windows) to just make a playlist and then drag and drop it straight to my iphone?

I have always managed things manually, but now itunes flat out refuses to acknowledge that my iphone is plugged in so I have to use apple devices and apple music (apparently if I uninstall all the new stuff itunes will be allowed to recognize my phone again).

I see no way to look at my on-pc library in apple devices, and apple music doesn't even seem to have a way to detect my iphone's library, and there doesn't appear to be any way to just click a playlist on my pc's library and drag it to my iphone like I've always been able to do in the past. Am I being forced to use that obnoxious auto sync feature? My phone is set to manually manage things, just like it always has been.

***edit***

I uninstalled Apple music and Apple devices to at least use itunes again and now I get "This iPhone cannot be used because the required software is not installed. Run the iTunes installer to remove Itunes, then install Itunes again. What are the odds that doing that will somehow add in another layer of bs and somehow either make things worse or not fix a thing?

***edit***

Now I'm messing with itunes and I am being reminded of how janky the interface is if I want to move an existing playlist that's far down my list (click and drag it all the way up, scrolling scrolling scrolling, then dropping it onto my iphone, but not too many at once before each finishes loading or else I'll get the dreaded greyed-out name with the circle of dots that means that it will never ever load no matter what I do unless I delete each one that is like that and start over). I get that this is for "security" but has Android had massive breaches due to just being able to transfer things seamlessly and queue things up with no problems?

What builds absolutely poop out damage or whatever else it takes to fill the event requirements?

How are points counted? Am I better off going for kills as opposed to spamming damage that may or may not be decisive? Or should I just rock lots of DPS and spray and pray? I'd like to go for a combination of fun (but "fun" is subjective so I'm willing to look at whatever builds are most efficient) and speed at earning loot bags, since I'm modifying my behavior for the event anyway.
Maybe one of the LB5 boats would be good?

How good are/were railguns?

Due to being a little busy at the time, but also not liking the long cooldown, I kind of turned my nose up at railguns when they first came out, and only really dabbled with them. I do love the Duelist though.

Were they really so oppressive that they needed whatever nerfs they ended up getting over time? Maybe at the higher tiers of play? If so, how are they now?

Due to not having played with them much I'm pretty terrible with them- and it doesn't help that my primary playstyle is heavily biased towards holding down LMB until one of us is dead.

I take it with a railgun mech I'm supposed to just be super patient and pop out and smack people from across the map?
