Help for wake up screen

I’ve been using Komoot (on my Samsung Galaxy S24) for MTB rides for years. To save battery life, I use the “Wake Up Screen” feature. Suddenly, without me making any changes to my phone, Komoot stops working during the ride. So I start with “Wake Up Screen,” and it works about 10–20 times, but then suddenly, right before a turn, I only get a simple notification on the dark lock screen—for example, a turn arrow and the distance in meters. I’m completely stumped. Please help.

Komoot verliert plötzlich die Funktion Bildschirm aufwecken

Hallo Allerseits

Seit Jahren nutze ich ( Samsung Galaxy S24 ) Komoot für Mtb Touren . Um Akku zu sparen verwende ich die Funktion Bildschirm aufwecken . Plötzlich ,ohne wissentliche Veränderung am Handy , verliert Komoot diese Funktion während der Tour . Also ich starte mit Bildschirm aufwecken , es klappt dann ca. 10 - 20 mal und plötzlich bekomme ich vor dem Abbiegen nur noch einen einfachen Hinweis auf dem dunklen Sperrbildschirm z.b. in Form eines Abiegepfeils und Meterangabe. Ich steh vor einem Rätsel . Bitte um Eure Hilfe.
