Did anyone else log in to their Computershare account today and their VCX holdings don't show anymore? They were showing yesterday. Not sure if it's a glitch or a real issue. Trading opens tomorrow, so the timing of my issue is a bit ironic....
In a contract to buy a house with unpermitted semi-in ground pool with attached deck. I am considering removing the pool and maybe deck quietly, as it seems that there is no point to go through the township. Has anyone done this? Looking for a cost ballpark and also wondering if I am not considering anything else. Removing the pool will give me a peace of mind. Reduce future costs and allow me to potentially build an in-ground and permitted pool/hot tub in the future. Tia
