So applied for a credit card for RCBC and agent told me that card they will provide will be NAFFL but RCBC denies it and account is tagged as ineligible for NAFFL,now I had raised it to BSP and bank acknowledged that issue but still denies NAFFL status,can I still ask them to honor the NAFFL promise since they already admitted to it,thank you
Scam Alert,1st time to receive a scam call for my 2 BDO cards one is JCB Gold and 1 is Mastercard, 1st was for my JCB and Spiel went to ask if cards has been received,I said no and told me they will check delivery status,I thought it was legit because the next day,cards were delivered to my address in Manila,Then yesterday another called for my Master Card telling me the the card is tagged as NAFFL if activated(my weak point for credit cards)and told them I am not able to activate because Im still currently in the province, red flag for both calls was they keep asking to redeem my points and that I only have 3 months to do so(good thing I read cc post and have a basic knowledge with how banks are regulated(paano ka makakaipon ng miles kung 3 months lang yung redemption period mo?) anyways after that I double checkedand called with BDO official Hotline if true na NAFFL promo and agent verified na hindi nga totoo yung promo na offered ni scammer,had my 2 cards cancelled because probably compromised na sya,cannot be redelivered as im going abroad for work and probably next year na dating,always lock your cards as well guys and only trust official bank numbers,better call them yourself is promo is offered to you.
