Suggestion for sweeteners?

Can you please suggest some good sweetener available in market with no aftertaste?

I tried Trunativ Mockfruit sweetener but I felt aftertaste.

I find Splenda good but it has maltodextrin which can spike more than normal sugar.

I also tried Zeeero Mockfruit sweetener but again I didn’t like the aftertaste.

I need it mainly for morning and afternoon tea.

Thanks.

I got diabetics and idk how to feel about it.

I’m 29 yr old who was diagnosed with diabetes. The doctor said it’s type 2, but it’s impossible to reverse as my height is 5’3 and weight is only 60Kg.

Being a foodie, it seems I have no fun in life left. I’m unmarried, and I think no one will now marry me as I have this disease. I tried to keep strict with what I eat and what not since I was diagnosed, but then again, sometimes I just break down and take a few days off. I know I’ll die soon as diabetes does that to a patient. My mum had diabetes, and she ultimately left us all.

As for my schedule to manage my diabetes level, I wake up and have breakfast after freshening up. I eat panner or besan chilla along with tea or coffee (without any sugar). I tried to find an alternative like mock fruit sweetener, but it all has an aftertaste. Do suggest me if you know any good alternatives without any aftertaste.

Post-breakfast, I start my work. It’s hybrid, so I don’t have to go to the office every day. My salary is decent, but it’s not worth it as to what to do with that much money when you can’t enjoy your food, when you can die alone and with no partner, when you don’t have a family at all.

I do my lunch at 1, 2, or 3. I eat a cucumber, some panner, and 1 bowl of sabzi/dal (veggies or pulses) with 2 rotis (Indian bread— wheat or jowar).

I sometimes drink sugar-free tea with my snacks around 4-5. And dinner I do around 8-8:30 . My dinner is the same as lunch— cucumber then panner and 1 roti with sabzi or dal.

I go for a walk for at least half an hour, sometimes even 2 hrs. Depending on my mood and how much I’m tired. I think I’ll include some weight training instead of walking in my daily routine.

Honestly, it feels like I’m a machine now as there is no cure for my diabetes, I have no motivation left, and I’m just trying to survive as long as I can.

Idk what I’m doing is correct or the way I think. I’m just sad, I guess.

Advice for monitor?

I’m looking to buy a monitor for my office. My screen time is usually between 12 and 13 hours a day, but it can sometimes reach 16 hours. I also plan to occasionally play games and watch movies and shows on it. Should I opt for an IPS monitor or a VA panel monitor?

Is Benq EW270Q Monitor good?

Hi guys,

Is the BenQ EW270Q a good monitor for overall purpose? Any other monitor in similar price range which is better than this one? I wanted to mainly for office work, but occasionally for gaming and other stuff like movies etc.
