I'm a 25-year-old guy. Growing up, I developed a lot of shame around women, so whenever a girl I like talks to me, I freeze, become quiet, and act cold even though that's the opposite of what I want. I've missed a lot of opportunities because of it.

The biggest fear in my head is that if a girl notices I'm awkward or inexperienced, she'll lose respect for me and see me as less of a man.

So I'd really like to hear from women:

- If you realize a guy is nervous or inexperienced, what honestly goes through your mind?

- Does awkwardness or inexperience make you lose attraction immediately, or is it the way he handles it that matters?

- What's one piece of advice you'd give a guy in my situation?

Please be brutally honest. I'm trying to understand how women actually think instead of listening to the stories my anxiety tells me.
