Got diagnosed with hsv1 with a igg level of 32 without ever having an outbreak .. anyone in the same boat ?

I got diagnosed with hsv1 after taking a random blood test for it and I’m asymptomatic so idk the location but I remember seeing some family members with cold sores on their lip in the past now that I think of it .. I would’ve never knew if I never asked for that specific test🤦🏻‍♀️.. I feel unworthy of love and don’t even want to risk passing it on to a future partner

I got diagnosed with a blood test for hsv1 30.1 for the index .. I know the test doesn’t tell you the location but it’s driving me nuts I never had cold sores in my mouth or down below
