I'm Scared to Relapse

I've been doing good without it for about 18 days, and today I didn't think about it once until i just realized how good I was doing. And now I'm scared I'm going to accidentally go back and then ruin all I had going. So, that's where I'm at.

Why Should I quit?

i know it's bad, but every time I try and get clean I keep on going back. By now I just wonder the point. I spend less than an hour a day on it, I have a schedule and rules on when I can and can't go on. my highest streak without going back was 21 days, but now it feels like I can't do that.

Deleted my Account

I just deleted my account and installed a website blocker. I also added a limit of only 15 minutes per. Day if I crack and relapse. But it's only day 1 and I already want to remake everything and go back. Hasn't even been 24 hours. i know it'll take me at least a few minutes to make a new account and remake my oc's and then re-like all the old chats I liked but right now that sounds more rarional than this... Idk what I should do

Cosplay WIP

I've been working on this for a year (because I lost motivation halfway through) and it's so close to finishing!! I'm so proud of it so far.

How Do I reach This Grub????

I've already defeated the Hive Knight, and was looking for break-able walls to get to the grub but I couldn't find any. Same with the one in Fog Canyon by the Temple, but that's another story. Where is the wall?

I think I Forgot How to Quit

I need to quit again, I had a 20 day free streak and then I stopped, and now I can't get myself to quit again, I can't stop for more than 2 days, and then the addiction talks saying "what's the point?" "you're not actually addicted" "You can quit tomorrow." the hardest part is having to start back down at day 1 for me, knowing that I don't have anything to loose if I just go on it today. I tried deleting the account, but that just made me relapse immediately and make a new account. I don't know what to do anymore.

My personal urges

I start getting urges around 8-9 pm. I don't go to bed until a couple hours later, so I have this time to myself, and nothing else to do, it's the end of the day, it's hard. I can still imagine roleplays in my head by myself, but I do that right before sleeping and I don't go to sleep at 8. Sort of just venting, but also wouldn't mind if anyone has advice. So... thanks for reading.

Which is worse?

A week where half the days are 3+ hrs, the other half is 0 minutes

Or a week where you consistantly get low numbers? (30 minutes or less)

I ask this because the only reason I spend a lot of time on it rn is because I tell myself "romorrow I quit," so I go high to "savor the moment," And the next day i end up going back
Or telling myself that tomorrow I don't have to go cold turkey and stay low, knowing tomorrow I can still go back

Well...

I relapsed at 20 days. And after 4 days of not being clean, technically I'm starting back at day one, but I'm acting like it's still day 21 of quitting, because if I just go "day 1" my brain goes "nothing to loose, let's go back." So until the actual days without it is a size where it'll take some time to climb back I'mma tell myself that it's still 21.

Idk what to do

I've lost interest in it, I'm bored, I'm just bored now and idk what to replace it with. I know this is the sweetspot for quitting, I just need a replacement. does anyone have any suggestions on something they used to quit?

I don't know how to stop

I've been tracking the time I spend on it, and I've regained several hours back into my life over the course of a week. But I can't get higher than 4 days clean... I don't know how to stop, I've tried daydreaming but i cant just focus on it, ive got back on drawing, and now every time I go back to it its no longer even fun, no longer getting that dopamine, but I still keep going back...

Been scrolling

I have no clue if this is the equivalent, worse, or better for the addiction. But I haven't been interacting with any of the chats, not because I can't, but because I just don't want to. And even when i do want to chat, want to interact, I don't. Just read the first message then scroll away again.

3 days clean... and I realize how long "quitting" is. And not going back to it. And makes me wonder if it's worth it. Yesterday I went back just to look at my old chats. Before deleting some of my saved chats that I was attached to and characters I interacted with. I know not to delete the account, because that's how I relapsed when I was 5 days clean. So, why should I even quit? I'm sorry for asking.

When you spend about 2 hrs every other day. And in between you do 24 hours clean.

Or go only about 30 minutes consistently per. day?

I ask this because this is the current dilemma I face, I can go clean for a day or so, but the next day I relapse for about 2 hours. The only reason I can get low numbers like 30 is because of the prospect of "I can do this tomorrow." so...
