Looking for 2-3 Freelancers from Ajmer (Remote | Client Communication)

Hi everyone,

I'm running a small product startup from Ajmer and looking for 2-3 people to work with on a freelance/part-time basis.

Here's how it works:

  • I generate leads through online marketing.
  • You'll talk to clients, understand their requirements, manage communication, and help them get their website built using our platform.
  • This is completely remote, though we can meet once a week if needed.

I'm mainly looking for someone who:

  • Has 2-3+ years of client communication experience.
  • Speaks good English and is confident talking to international clients.
  • Is a BCA/MCA, BBA, or MBA graduate.
  • Wants to earn on a project basis (typically ₹10k-₹30k+ per month depending on the number and size of projects).

This isn't a typical 9-5 job. It's ideal for freelancers or someone looking for a consistent side income while working remotely.

If this sounds interesting, send me a DM with a short introduction about yourself and your experience.

Also, if you know someone in Ajmer who'd be a good fit, I'd really appreciate it if you could share this post with them. 🙏

Where do most of your customers come from today?

A local business near me has:

  • No website
  • Almost no social media presence

Yet they've been operating successfully for years.

It got me wondering...

If you run a local business, where do most of your customers come from today?

Referrals?

Google searches?

Facebook?

Paid ads?

Something else?

I'd love to hear real experiences from business owners.

How many HVAC companies are losing customers because of poor online presence?

This might be an unpopular opinion, but I think many HVAC companies lose jobs before the phone even rings.

Not because of pricing.

Not because of service quality.

Because customers can't easily verify the business online.

Think about it from a homeowner's perspective:

They search for an HVAC company.

They find your Google listing.

Then they try to learn more about you.

If there's no website, outdated information, no service pages, no photos, or no clear way to contact you, many people simply move on to the next company.

A good website won't make a bad company successful.

But it can help a good company earn trust faster.

I'm curious:

  • Do you have a website for your HVAC business?
  • Has it actually generated leads for you?
  • Or do most of your jobs still come from referrals?

I'm building websites for local service businesses and would like to create a free website for one HVAC company as a case study.

No charge.

Just looking for a real business to work with and get feedback from.

If you're interested, comment below with your current website (or lack of one) and I'll choose one company.

I'll build 1 HVAC company a free website (looking for a case study)

HVAC business owners: I'll build 1 company a completely free website (looking for a portfolio case study)

I'm the founder of NocodeVista, and I'm looking to better understand the HVAC industry.

I'd like to select 1 HVAC contractor and build them a professional website at no cost.

What I'll provide:

• Modern mobile-friendly website
• Contact form
• Service pages
• Basic SEO setup
• Google Maps integration

What I ask in return:

• Honest feedback about the process
• Permission to use the project as a case study
• A short testimonial if you're happy with the result

I'm not selling anything in this post.

I'm simply looking to learn more about the HVAC space and build a strong portfolio example.

If you're interested, comment with:

• Your company name
• Current website (if you have one)
• City/State

I'll review the submissions and choose one business.

Also curious:

What's the most frustrating thing about HVAC company websites today?

How did you find your marketing co-founder?

Solo founder here.

I've realized that building a product/service and growing it are two very different skill sets.

On the product side, things are moving well. But I'm increasingly finding that distribution, positioning, content, and lead generation require a completely different mindset.

For founders who found a marketing/growth co-founder:

  • Where did you meet them?
  • What convinced you they were the right fit?
  • Did you start with a project, revenue share, or straight equity?
  • What red flags should I watch for?

Would love to hear experiences from founders who've actually gone through this.

I built a free LLMs.txt generator to help websites prepare for ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini & AI Search

With more people using ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity and other AI tools to discover information, I've been exploring ways websites can better communicate their content to AI systems.

While researching LLMs.txt, I found that creating and maintaining the file manually can be time-consuming, especially if you manage multiple websites.

So I built a simple LLMs.txt Generator.

Features:

• Completely free

• No signup required

• No usage limits

• Works directly in the browser

Tool:
https://nocodevista.com/tools/llms-txt-generator

I'd love feedback from website owners, developers, founders, and SEO professionals.

Are you already using LLMs.txt on your websites, or are you still waiting to see whether it becomes widely adopted?

Does Ajmer have a strong "Settled life" culture compared to hustle culture?

Maybe I’m living in a bubble, but almost everyone I meet in Ajmer seems already very settled in life.

Good family business, own house, stable income, cars, connections… overall people seem financially comfortable here compared to many other cities.

Not saying it’s a bad thing at all. In fact it’s good to see.

But sometimes I wonder:
Are youngsters here still hungry to build new things, take risks, explore freelancing/startups/online business etc.?

Because usually when a city has ambitious people trying new things, hustling, experimenting and building businesses, the whole city grows faster with time.

Or maybe I’m just seeing one side of Ajmer?

Curious what others feel about this.

Built a simpler Page Speed Checker because existing tools overwhelmed me

Built a simple Page Speed Checker because I got tired of overcomplicated reports.

https://nocodevista.com/tools/page-speed-checker

Every time I wanted to test a website, I’d end up opening:

  • Lighthouse
  • GTmetrix
  • PSI
  • 10 tabs of documentation

And somehow still spend 20 minutes figuring out what actually mattered.

Most small business owners/freelancers don’t care about giant technical waterfalls.

They just want to know:

  • why their site feels slow
  • what’s hurting performance
  • what to fix first

So I built a simpler tool focused more on clarity than “enterprise-level analysis”.

Funny thing:
while testing it, I realized many beautiful websites perform terribly on mobile.

Still improving it daily, but shipping imperfect > endlessly optimizing in private.

I’ve been around this sub for a while and got curious about something.

What’s the actual scene in Ajmer when it comes to freelancing / tech?

Like…
Are people here doing things like web dev, SEO, content writing, design, etc.
Or is it mostly regular jobs / college life and that’s it?

I rarely hear people around me talking about online work or side hustles, so I’m wondering if it’s just my circle.

Also curious about this sub itself,
are there a lot of tech people here or mostly just normal everyday folks scrolling Reddit?

What do you guys do?
And what are you interested in these days?

Would be interesting to see if there’s a hidden community here or not.

Free website building training (no coding) in Ajmer – looking for 10 learners this summer

Hey everyone,

I’m based in Ajmer and planning to help a small group of people learn how to build websites without coding this summer.

The idea is simple: pick 10 people and help them go from zero to creating real websites.

This is completely free. No fees, no upsell.

What you’ll learn:

how to build websites without coding

how to create real projects (not just theory)

basics of putting a site live

Requirements:

laptop (must)

decent internet

willingness to learn and stay consistent

We can do this online, and I’m also available in Ajmer if anyone prefers learning offline.

If you’re interested (or know someone who is), comment or DM me. I’ll shortlist around 10 people so I can give proper attention to everyone.

Hey everyone,

I’m currently working on a project where I want to create some educational YouTube content (mainly around tech / tutorials / courses).

I’m looking to collaborate with someone who:

  • already runs a YouTube channel
  • creates educational or tutorial-style videos
  • is comfortable explaining things clearly on camera

If you’re from Ajmer (or nearby) and doing this, or if you know someone who is, feel free to comment or DM me.

This would be a paid collaboration depending on the work involved.

Hey,

Just curious — is anyone here from Ajmer working on a startup or building something in tech/SaaS?

Would love to connect with people who are:

  • building products
  • freelancing in tech
  • or working on something interesting

Doesn’t matter if small or big, just looking to meet like-minded people locally.

Ajmer me tech scene thoda silent lagta hai, so thought of asking here.
