I don’t wanna download the game fully, all I need is base game + multiplayer ( generally m only interested in the online that’s all )

Ok guys, I watched a video like 2 3 days ago about some gta san leftovers found on gta 4 files or something like that, Ig they came to this conclusion because of the xbox 360 found somewhere in scotland 🏴, if m not mistaken, now tell me why m on my series s playing the game, hijacked this guy for his car. And he started running like he belongs to gta san andreas lol? I don’t know if I’m just being silly or this is real.
What do you guys think ?
