(17M) Holy smokes, I still can't believe I went outside with my liberty spikes. For context, I've had a really bad social anxiety and body dysmorphophobia since I was in 8th grade, which led me to being homeschooled.
Today, I've decided to style liberty spikes for the first time AND go outside with them! I got a couple laughs and weird looks, one dude came up to me and dapped me up buuuut my niece says he was laughing after (Maybe). I'd say 95 precent mixed or negative reactions but All I know is that it felt SO freeing, and it's like people weren't focused on my body too. Is this a form of exposure therapy?

my jbl tune beam recently broke, I’ve had them for almost three years. My dad found them on a vacation and we only needed to buy the case lol. They were obviously way better than my niceboy hive pins that i legit cried when I first swapped them out. Genuinely the best find ever.
after they broke however I was thinking on getting earbuds that would fit my needs even more And I stumbled upon the nothing ears. Now, specific comparisons between the 2024 one,2,3 and a would be appreciated. I’m a sucker for bass and I need earbuds with an amazing sound quality and an absolute eargasm and I heard these are perfect for this for their price. Although there have been many reviews about poor customer service and them not lasting very long which would be an issue. I also I genuinely don’t care much about the mic or calling with them, I would appreciate people who have used these or if they have any more suggestions on different earbuds in a similiar price range :)
