even when I load up project there is a buffer wheel, but here? nothing!
It's not even freezing, I can still click around the screen fine, it just will not export at all!

If you dont know, in the late 1860s a series of meetings were held between important figures and leaders of the province of canada (ontario and quebec), nova scotia, new brunswick and prince edward island (they opted out after the first meeting tho). In 1867, the four would form the dominion of canada.
