Region Free Adaptors, what should I be looking for?

Hi there friends, I'm looking into buying a region free Super Nintendo here in the UK that's modded for 60Hz compatability. Naturally it's gonna have the PAL/JP cartridge slot size, I know I can get adapters that allow US carts to play, but most of the ones for sale seem to require a cartridge of the native region slotted into the back to boot, if I have a region free system would I just not need a Pal cart? The look of the two of them plugged in together really bothers me and I'd like to avoid it if possible, thanks for any info you have. : )

Do NTSC games work properly on PAL systems?

Hi folks, I'm in the UK and currently on a kick of trying to get my retro setup as optimised as possible. I've found conflicting infomation on if the PAL N64 runs properly with imported NTSC games, can anyone confirm for me if I'll need to sell my PAL unit and import one from the US, or am I fine with the system I have and will just need to import games? Advice from the experts on the system would be a huge help : )

Set up is a bit of a mess atm, but I'm very happy with how my shed den is coming along.

the CRT itself came from my great Uncle who passed a few years ago, it's small but very charming, I may get a bigger one in future if I find it, but I'm happy with what I have for now.

Hi there! I'm in the UK and just bought a complete Dreamcast console and a copy of Sonic Advnenture, what else should I be looking for for the system? I know I want Adventure 2 and Jet Set Radio, anything that feels especially early 2000s would be especially appealing, but I'm open to anything the community thinks is worth it. Any genre, though I'm especially keen on Platformers, Puzzlers and RPGs. Thanks :)
