Gaming the SAT has entered its ugly phase

Wealthy parents are now spending $10,000 getting neuropsychologists and gastroenterologists to diagnose their children in order to get unlimited breaks and extra time during tests.

At Jericho High School, the 9th best high school in NY, and 109th nationally, 20% of students took advantage of this, a number far higher than what statistics would predict.

Gender wars are the best way to eliminate competition

Teach men to hate and distrust women, and they’ll select themselves out of the dating pool.

Teach women to hate and distrust men, and the same happens.

The winners are those who do not get influenced by it. Less competition.

Send your frenemies Andrew Tate or extreme feminism content, and sit back and enjoy! They’ll believe they’re getting empowered, but they’re actually getting castrated.

Men who don’t have kids by 33 are unlikely to have one later

People talk about the ticking clock for women, but never mention that this clock is even worse for men.

Yes, you can still biologically have babies when you’re older. Be able to? Not unless you’re rich.

In your 20s, you either focus on money, or you learn to treat women better. Preferably both.

Property taxes, maintenance, insurance and mortgage interest are included in the rent!

Many people believe that by renting you avoid paying those things. That’s not true. The landlord is there to turn a profit, not subsidize you. Whenever property taxes increase, those costs are passed down to the renter in the form of a rent increase. Same for maintenance and insurance.

People infer your financial status based on visible markers of wealth

No matter if you have millions in investments, if you look poor, people will think you’re poor. It’s just human nature to judge people by their appearance. No one’s going to think “oh, they might be a millionaire next door”. That just doesn’t happen, except maybe for some very autistic people.

A millionaire who dresses poorly will be treated worse by society than a broke person with a shiny car and designer clothes.

Wise people know when to bluff appearing richer than you actually are, and when to hide your wealth.

Progressive policies are designed to hurt the upper middle class more than the top 1%

Higher income taxes, high earners like lawyers and doctors bear the burden. The top 1% escape because they get paid in capital gains, carry, and dividends.

Diversity based college admissions take away spots from high performing kids who get in through merit. They don’t decrease the number of legacy admits.

All this just churns who gets to make six figures. Those in power are completely insulated.

The less people who have children, the more those who have children benefit

Less competition for college, housing, jobs, opportunities in life for their kids. As a parent, it’s strategic to discourage others from having children.

Winning is about playing smart, not working hard. Eliminate the competition right from the start. The best way to do that is to encourage other women to focus on career and money, to tell them all men are bad and can’t be trusted, to discourage them from having children. And if they want kids, tell them it’s okay to have children in their 30s, so their kids have worse genetics than yours. All this compounds.
