Hello,
I’m a customer who’s been going to my esthetician for 3 years consistently.. they’ve grown from an independent to a team. Today I reached out to schedule my next 6 months of appointments (still have some on the books) and they were all booked with new providers with no explanation or offer to continue with my current. I’ve always believed they are a straightforward person, but am I correct that this was an attempt to “let me down easy”? If not, what are other reasons.

Lots of family drama is going on, but I’m looking for items I could keep from my beloved family member without fighting with others. I’ve got a spoon on my list for a spoon ring. Any crafty people have other ideas? Open to turning the item into something, or leaving it as is. I feel like the fog of grief is leaving me short on ideas!
