Just had an interesting (for want of a better word) conversation with customer service. I called up to reschedule a delivery as I couldn’t do it online due to my phone number being wrong. Whilst on the phone I mentioned that when trying to set up the app and adding my delivery preferences (in general, not for this specific delivery) there is no option to choose ‘Do Not Leave With Any Neighbour’. I can choose all neighbours or nominate 1 specific neighbour. When mentioning this to the agent they told me that the sender sets that preference. I’m sorry, what? How does the sender know whether or not I trust any of my neighbours, or whether they are fit/well enough to accept?
I have recently moved and no longer have a safe place to leave parcels. DPD going for a humanitarian award for brokering peace deals between neighbours or what? 😂

Hi everyone! If all goes well I shall be running my 200th parkrun on Saturday 31 October. I’m based in the (lower) North East England but don’t mind driving somewhere.
Are there any parkruns that you would recommend to celebrate both halloween and my 200th?
As an aside, I don’t like running on grass. Surface paths would be my first choice, but I don’t mind trail.

Hi all, this weekend I was operating a show on a Tiger Touch II. Some of it was already programmed but I wanted to add some extra bits in.
On the main playback faders (bottom left) there were a couple of cue stacks programmed with some effects for set for certain groups. E.g. one cue stack was wash shapes, one was ERA shapes, etc. There were also groups programmed to the faders (wash even, wash odd etc).

During the gig I wanted to put the hazers on to faders so changed to page 2, however all the faders except the two faders with speed master and shape master (on page 1) were unavailable. The same thing happened on all other pages as well. Can someone please explain why this would be? It meant that out of 60 pages, I could only programme to two faders per page.
