CVK carbs and variable lenght velocity stack

I am curently building a project bike, which is partially my school project, or the variable lenght velocity stacks to be precise, the inspiration is an engine from mazda 787b, but somehow, i only few days ago realized that this system was designed for fuel injected engine only, which has much smoother intake manifold than engine with carburetors, first thing first, there’s no way that i could build or buy an EFI kit, so it has to be carbs, worse thing is, i’ve been talking to gemini, which i know isn’t much of a reliable source, that’s why am i writing here, and apparently, if i use the CVK carbs that i had bought for this project, the engine will choke itself to death because of diferent air pressure at intake caused by variable lenght trumpet, so the question is, how much trouble will be caused by using this type of carbs and how to minimize it? I was thinking about using “F around and find out technique” or to use mechanical carburetors with cable, or even trying to convert the CVK’s to a cable operated. What are your thoughts and ideas? If anybody will read the full post ofc

Need an advice for rebuilding engine(s)

I’ve bought two engines from chunlan cl 125 3a(basically honda 125 rebel) and one has exploded piston, the other has hole in piston, i’ll use the one with hole(one on the video) and put together one healthy engine. My plan was to rebuild only top end(pistons, head, cylinders) but i noticed this side to side play in crankshaft. I really don’t wanna split the block, so my question is, can i leave it like this? Now i know it shouldn’t be there, but how bad would it be to leave it like this? Also where could i get some parts for this?(gaskets, screws, etc.) I saw some on the aliexpress, but i’m not sure these would fit and original from honda would be best, but they are bit pricey.

Ideas for upgrading rear swingarm on my Yuki 125 sport

Here are some sketches/ideas for upgrading the rear swing arm(check my yesterday post for more context) i kinda like the centershock design, not sure about the swingarms side to side overall stability, again, if you have some questions, sugestion or ideas, please, lmk in comments

Yuki 125 sport converted to Caferacer

Here is my yuki 125 sport, built into caferacer style, this is finished „prototype version”, last pic is older, just to get an idea about side proportion(even though it isn’t really that visible), i’ve finished it few weeks ago, and man, there is a still lot of work to do, my biggest problem is the engine itself, there are few destroyed threads, but the worst thing are the vibrations, over 7K RPM, the bike shakes so violently, that bolts and nuts are loosening themself. So to fix that, i’ve bought two destroyed twin cyl. 125 engines from chunlan cl 125 3a(basically honda 125 rebel/cm 125), which i am going to build one working engine and it should hopefully reduce the vibrations, maybe make it tiny bit more reliable, and hopefully sound bit closer to high revving four cyl. Other thing is rear swingarm, which i kinda don’t know what to do with it…it sits pretty close to the frame and bottom of the battery box, which i could tollerate some rubbing, but on deep potholes, it is grinding my tailight, which is not optimal, so i was thinking about few solutions. 1. Extension(and probably reinforcement) of swingarm, it is the easiest sollution, appart from just lifting the rear end, which i am afraid would visually either compensate the gap between front wheel and headlight, or ruin proportions completely. 2. Buy a new swingarm, which would probably be hard to find something to fit and look good for cheap. 3. Made my own, which would be incredibly complicated and probably dangerous to ride. I think the 1. is the best option, but i am still unsure about two things, firstly, i dont know, if it won’t look bad with wheel axis extended behind seat end, i know it is on of the design „rulles” for caferacer design, but i’m not sure about the gap it would leave between wheel and frame, the other thing is, what to do with suspension? I could just buy longer shocks, but i’m worried it would look but out of place. I was considering center shock too, but the twin shock help with stabilization of swingarm, on the other hand, center shock would be really interesting design choice and it would clean the sides allot. So i am not really sure, if you have any ideas, suggestion or questions, please let me know in comments.
