Pig Blood elite level macros
Bought a pack of CP Pig Blood from Sheng Shiong and the macros are pretty impressive (for real food).

Each pack (2 servings) contain 130kcal and 23g, with almost zero fat and minimal carbs.
Only thing is a bit pricy (I paid $6.40 for the pack).

How much money have you thrown away by not recycling your $0.10 cans?
Just got home from work, and I realised that I threw away a can that I paid $.10 for in the office. So now I’m hoping that when I go back to work on Monday, the Cleaner wouldn’t have empty the basket and my can is still there.
