Unsure about L-teanin and mag-bisglycinate
I currently take b-complex, omega 3, magnesium-citrate (for migraines). Sometimes I add D vitamin and zink. I take this to cover my base vitamins as I have a very restrictive diet after H-Pylori ruined my stomach. I also take adhd medication and 2,5mg melatonin.
I’ve heard that L-teanin and magnesium-bisglycinate helps to calm the nervous system. Mine is on ultra high alert. ADD/PTSD/Post-Covid/Burnout etc. I’m stiff af and never at rest. But at the same time, I’m already taking magnesium-citrate, will bisglycinate feel so different?
any other recommendations?
