What is creating these ugly surfaces?

Printer: P1S with AMS
Filament: Elegoo Matte PLA Black (calibrated in Bambu Slicer)
3mf: Dune Uprising Bloodlines Insert For Sleeved Cards - Free 3D Print Model - MakerWorld
For some reason my prints come out with weird surfaces and corners like this.

I am using the 0,2mm Standard setting and have only changed top surface line width to 0,32 and top surface speed to 30 mm/s and the surface patterns to Monotonic Line. These settings usually create perfect smooth surfaces with almost invisible layer lines. The only settings I’m not sure about are the temperature and cooling settings. I have disabled cooling by the aux fan completely for PLA and set the pet fan to 60% for both. Temperature for nozzle at 215 degrees C. Could either of those be the problem? Does anybody have any idea what could be causing this? Filament is dry. I am quite new to the hobby and have no clue what could be causing this… ;(

Switch to AMS Pro

Sorry if it is a stupid question, but the Bambu Shop confuses me: if I already own a P1S+AMS Bundle and want to switch the AMS to a new AMS Pro, do I need this upgrade compatibility pack? I mean I already have this stuff because of the bundle I bought, but maybe the AMS 2 Pro needs new stuff?

Add fillet to imported str

I want to shorten an imported stl on one flat surface and add new fillets. Is this possible in Onshape?

I am thinking about getting a 0,2 nozzle for finer details. But as I see it you have to change the complete hotend every time you want to switch, which looks quite annoying... So I am looking into hot-swap solutions like the mako e.g. ... Any recommendations?

I am using Sunlu PLA Matte (220 degrees C, default temp for Sunlu Matte in Bambu Studio) on my P1S, it is calibrated (flow rate and k-value) and yet I am getting these ugly surfaces, which frustrates me. In Bambu Studio I have changed the wall order to inner/outer/inner because it usually creates smoother outer walls in my experience. Any ideas what might cause this?
