I already have a spell planned and my materials ready. I am just questioning whether or not it might be too broad/unclear if my intent for this is that a specific person I know "will be avoided or will develop a "sour" relationship to any person they take interest to, romantically, or otherwise".

But anyway, my plan is to make a sour jar (Vinegar, rusty nails, broken glass, calamansi, my intent) then seal it with a black candle.

It took a couple of days or maybe even a week of praying and promise of offering and st. expedite as delivered once again.

In hours where I felt a ton of anxiety, talking to him helped me calm down.

Made a post a day ago or two about spell ideas to ruin my ex's social life/love life. Got no response so I made a sour jar (second time since the first one didn't satisfy me enough) and I made one with more potent ingredients. Just want to see some thoughts if these are good enough or if I could do even worse while still being slightly hygienic.

What I used:

Spicy vinegar
Small chili peppers
Fish sauce
Cane vinegar
Black pepper
A ton of salt
Calamondin (Lemons are expensive here)
Black Instant Coffee
A Black rusty ring
Ash
3 burnt out matches

Ive posted this in other subs before but all I got was ethical sermons and moralizing words so I am coming here.

I want to put a curse on my ex. 2 months ago she left me and ended our 3 year relationship claiming she can't handle being in love anymore and being in a relationship. Well lo and behold, not even 2 weeks after the break up she's already crushing on some guy in her workplace and flaunting herself to get noticed.

Funny enough, she's still wearing the things I gave her like the necklace on our first date and a ring with our names on it with a "x" in the middle.

So with that, I wanna make her feel regret, guilt, and yearn just like I did.

Been thinking about this for weeks and the last straw for me was hearing that she might make a move on this guy.

Idk if its relevant but I already did a freezing spell and a sour jar spell on her that no man that she has interest in will notice her, seems to work since I've heard from common friends that he barely says hi to her or even watches the things she shares (which are all about him btw but vague).

That's good and all but it still doesn't give me enough satisfaction since she's still lusting all over him.

So if anybody has any suggestions or possibly other things like hexes and such would be of great help.

Been trying to find a guilt spell for the past hour over the net and can't find anything yet (only thing I fond was 369 method, will try that but want to know others as well)

Context: My ex broke up with me 2 months ago since they want to "fix" themselves first and recently (info from a common friend) they now have a crush that she's flirting with.

Now I know she's already feeling guilty since I can see her reposts about hurting people that love her bla bla bla, so I want to intensify those feelings where that's all she's thinking about and essentially, if possible, forget about this crush and actually focus on herself.

Like for example I yell that the person this is intended to will have a bad week, is there a possibility that it will actually happen?

I originally formed my LLC for a digital marketing business, but over time I've started working on a few other projects as well.

Can I use the same LLC for multiple types of business activities, or is it better to create a separate LLC for each one?

My brother and I recently formed a Delaware LLC together.

He owns 80% of the company because he contributed most of the startup capital, while I own the remaining 20%.

We'll both be working in the business full time, and we're wondering if we can split the profits 50/50 even though our ownership percentages are different.

Does an 80/20 ownership split mean profits have to be distributed 80/20, or can our operating agreement specify an equal profit split instead?

We want to structure everything correctly from the beginning and plan to have a written operating agreement.

Happens at least twice a week. We're mid-discussion and someone references something we decided in Q4. I know I was in that meeting. I know I wrote something down. But finding the actual notes while the conversation is still moving is basically impossible, so I either fake it or say I'll follow up. Usually I do. Sometimes I don't. Is there a system that actually handles real-time context retrieval during live conversation?
