Assuming you stop the game from launching instantly and get to the launch options setting, from your experience, did it even work or is the modification protected at OS level?

I'm trying to open a developer console in a game but even though the launch option is being set correctly, the console won't pop up.

My assumption is that it's either a GFN limitation, OR a keyboard translation issue between MacOS and GFN's Windows.

So from what I remember, right before the raid on Mello's hideout the ownership was as follows:

Light's original notebook - one of Mello's underlings
Misa's notebook - still on her
Rem's notebook - the one light passed to the task force

At this point he had no ownership of any, but retained the memories.

So the original notebook is being reclaimed by Sidoh.

Rem's notebook is now in posession of the task force without any name written in it after Light's dad's death, so no owner.

Misa soon passes hers to Mikami.

So during the meeting with Near, Light doesn't have a lifespan, which is the way Mikami is supposed to recognize who the real Kira is. But the whole reason for Mikami being able to recognize him is BECAUSE Light killed Tanaka. If Mello's interference never occured, Tanaka wouldn't be killed, but Light wouldn't have ownership either. So he'd be killed by Mikami anyway.

Furthermore, the "you can't see my lifespan so I am Kira" only worked because the paper he used was from Rem's notebook. Not Sidoh's, and not Misa's. Otherwise he would still not be shown as a Death Note owner either. (As he would have done the exact same thing Raye Penber did, kill without ownership)

How was Light supposed to signal Mikami who he is without killing anyone?
