I am on day 15.

I was scrolling facebook and I saw an ad of a naked girls private parts.

I looked for about 10 seconds then I closed it.

Does this count as relapse?

Now im getting huge urges.

Doesn't help that I'm having arguments with my girlfriend today.

It really triggered me. Why is stuff like this even allowed on fb??

I just relapsed after a 12-day streak and I'm feeling horrible right now.

One thing I've noticed is that every time I have sex with my girlfriend, the chaser effect hits me hard afterward. For the next day or two, my urges become insanely intense, and eventually I end up relapsing to porn or masturbation even though I don't actually want to.

I know sex itself isn't the problem, but it seems to trigger something in my brain that makes me crave more dopamine, and I struggle to control those urges.

For those of you who've dealt with this successfully:

- How do you handle the chaser effect after sex?

- Does it get easier over time?

- Are there any strategies that actually work to stop yourself from relapsing during those first 24–48 hours?

I'd really appreciate hearing from people who have been through this and found a way to overcome it.

I've been wondering how those of you in long-term relationships approach semen retention.

Do you and your girlfriend abstain from sex completely, or do you still have sex but avoid ejaculation? How do you explain it to your partner without making her feel rejected or unwanted?

I'm genuinely curious because most of the advice I see comes from single guys. I'd like to hear from people who have actually made it work while maintaining a healthy relationship.
