Signed up for a account that i can not access?
I signed up for a personal brokerage account, went through all the way to the end got a e-mail from them saying that my security code logon feature has been enabled and also got a text sent to my phone to verify it after that i finished it prompt me to sign back in and then tells me my user/pass is wrong.
If i try to reset it, it tells me that my info is not correct. I gave them a call and there system new who i was by my phone number. They told me that i had a profile setup but no account setup.
They sent me a form to sign to reset my password that has to be notarized.
I use a password manger so i know that all my info is correct. Also tried hand typing it in juts to be sure.
