Skye players being flamed at every round they exist.

I feel bad for these players. Everytime I see a Skye player, Ik they're trying their best but the flames for them flashing their teammates is undeserved. I get it's frustrating, but I also see why I don't see a lot of people playing Skye anymore :(.

Why do i see a lot of masters trying to counter magic damage by using plated steelcaps?

Usually I do mercury's treads when countering magic dmg teams, but ive been seeing a lot of high elo players going against them using plated steelcaps. Now idk if its a troll or not, but i just want to understand what is so beneficial with using boots that are supposed to go against physical dmg when it comes to countering teams with mostly magic dmg or having magic dmg carries?

Companies be layin out their cards on the table, but it's only like 1% of what they're looking for. Nothing is ever enough for them, they create some lame ass excuse because they wanna find the "perfect human" to be a part of their job, like I'm sorry, maybe we could show you we're a fit for this job and can help boost the company if you could give us a CHANCE. Each qualified person who meets their expectations and they reject is each an opportunity missed for the company, and they're surprised or angry or appalled, etc, when they fire a person WHO DOESNT EVEN WANT THE JOB or NOT EVEN FIT FOR THE JOB when they dont do their job, like what?

Rambling again, sorry.

Job market is so ass, the acceptance rate of you getting a job interview AND getting the role is probably lower than the acceptance rate of getting into an Ivy League.
