So the first photo is today— I started getting small bumps (picture 2 & 3) a couple days ago and it’s progressively getting worse and multiplying. I’m freaking out and don’t know what to do I have a simple skincare routine too (la Roche posay foaming facial wash & vanicream moisturizer) so unsure of why this is happening all of the sudden. Pls help I want this GONE!
Clusters of whitehead bump things just started popping up under mouth. Idk what it js from and pimple patches only making more irritated. Help!
My routine rn is :
Morning- wash w water then use vanicream moisturizer
Night- wash first w/ la Roche posay Toleriane Purifying Facial Cleanser and then after I wash it w La Roche posay Effaclar Medicated Gel
Face Cleanser w the 2% salicylic acid in it, after that I put the van cream moisturizer on and then put benzoyl peroxide 10% cream everywhere.
This texture is so annoying and makes me extremely self conscious and if I try popping it stuff does come out so I’m guessing closed comedones? Honestly in inside lighting I can’t see any bumps but when light hits it from the side there’s sooo many and I’m so insecure
