Why are smurfs who are clearly xim and have recoil scripts still able to get into this game? It feels like some of the more obvious smurfs and cheaters should be banned. Also I get penalized for leaving a game with them? What kind of dumb system is this?

Just finished playing a ranked game where someone came back right before the match was canceled and voted to be canceled by all four players, then the guy who came back tk'd two people the next round, leaving us in a 3v5 situation because the person who got tk'd with me left, and the remaining two players tk'd me and left, and I lost 0-4. Why is tk in this game? How is it fair that I lose rp from this?
