Guys btw where do we get character certificate and when do we have to get it

i got iiit pune will caste validity certificate receipt work in physical submission if i have 2-3 months before getting original caste validity certificate , so can i submit caste validity certificate later

so i got iiit Pune CSE but i don't have caste validity certificate and process of caste validity will start in 2 day then i will have only 1 month before i have to submit documents in college offline which is not enough and maybe i have to take drop due to this issue is there anyone who has faced this issue what did you do ?

So I got to know I don't have caste validity and won't be getting college which I was going to I have 28 days before I need it I have started the process and submitted undertaking form until I get it and called the college josaa person who handel such thing he said bluntly that it's your mistake ( which is ) and I don't think so I will be able to recover from it so I don't want to waste any more days what should I do

so i saw a interview of iiit sricity cse and found out it has

1] iiit hyderbad curriculam

2] better coding clubs

3] college heavily helping for internship

but there is no such student interview on yt of iiit pune either its from horizon channel which are for fun but dont have q which i want so if there are any plus point or drawbacks of iiit pune please mention it here
