I have placed an order in app on 5th july for which payment got deducted and the order has not been confirmed yet. Payment was made via SBI Internet banking (kindly see the attachment)
Later i placed the ticket, and waited for 48 hrs no response, then another ticket was opened for me and yet again no response, no UTR generated.
Due to some isse the former ticket get closed due to mine unavailability. Now the ticket says wait for 746 hours for resolving the issue, Are they serious 😭
