To get the worst part out of the way, I was predicted a 22/42 at the end of my first DP year after a lot of slacking, not paying attention in class, and skipping classes. I procrastinated at home, never studied, and when I did it was all nighters the day before certain exams.

To provide my specific grades, they were:
HL
5 English L&L
4 History
3 Economics
SL
4 French B
3 ESS
3 Math AI

My TOK and EE are on track and fine, I have one of each CAS including one project.

The crux of my worries is as such: Will my procrastination in the entirety of DP1 lead to my November university predicted grades to be nearly as bad, or is it realistic to chase a 28-32/45 with some hard work and adjustments to my lifestyle?

I'm sure you don't think too highly of me considering my current situation, but I'd really appreciate some advice or even tough words to get my head in the right spot. The only thing I don't ask for is false hope, if I should let go of the predicted grades and fully focus on my end of DP2 grades then just let me know.
