Owner wants to remove hedge, which gave us privacy and though not security possibly things less opportunistic. Is there any precedent to stop this?

Hi. I've been trying to get clarification but keep getting bumped back and forth betweenthe dsp line and fis.. I am possibly about to be made redundant, after 9 and a bit years. There would be a redundancy payment, and a long service leave payment. I "believe" the redundancy would be considered an asset but the LSL would be considered income over several weeks. If I am made redundant, and then get another job before that leave time, would our income then be both those streams and would she risk losing her DSP? It was a battle for her to get on it and she doesn't want to risk that, then be 100% dependent on me. Thank you for any help.
