Messed up prod deployment

Hi, I am software professional. Have 10+ years of exp. I worked on complex development which i asked my lead to assign to me. While deploying it was identified due production environment factor being different from test, the logic was not compatible. It worked in test though. I missed this in my design analysis and we had to backout the deployment. And now the solution needs to be revisited. My design was reviewed by my mentor and SMEs but this issue was never caught. Just feeling guilty/embarrassed as I should have been thorough during my analysis

Messed up prod deployment

Hi, I am software professional. Have 12 years of exp. I worked on complex design which i asked my lead to assign to me. While deploying it was identified due production environment factor being different from test, the logic was not compatible. It worked in test though. I missed this in my design analysis and we had to backout the deployment. And now the solution needs to be revisited. My design was reviewed by my mentor and two SMEs but this issue was never caught. I am just scared as it may get escalated. Just feeling guilty/embarrassed to face whole team tomorrow.

How to cope with burnout?

I have 12 years of experience as a software professional, but ever since returning from maternity leave when my son was 6 months old, I feel like I've lost all my confidence. Even though I recently designed a complex project, I live in constant fear that any minor issue will ruin my reputation. I am in constant stress. If someone raise any issue Or any query, its making me feel as if i did some mistake even though its not. This stress has wrecked my sleep, causing me to wake up at 3:00 AM sometimes with a racing heart, struggle to focus in long meetings. Earlier i used to go for morning walks which helped reducing stress but since my kid started preschool, all my morning time goes into prepping him. Anyone has gone through
the same and Any tips on how to overcome this?
