After being broken up multiple times, as your trying to move on, does anyone feel like you want them back, imagine about them coming back, then suddenly switch to feeling like shit that they leave you then switch back and fourth?
How do you deal with it?
I am going thru one right now, dealing with a avoidant breakup who broken up multiple times with reasons like cant handle or overwhelm but came back.
Has anyone been thru that and how did you do it?
Do avoidants leave and come back multiple times and each time they leave, they will say stuff like i still love u miss u care abt u but i cant do relationship rn i cant handle anything rn idw anyone or be with anyone, or is it just what happen to only me?
