hey everyone so a few days ago i posted about looking for a cofounder and ops interns for my initiative udaarshila and i just wanted to start by saying i am incredibly grateful to every single person who reached out even if you just showed 1% interest or dropped a quick. it genuinely means the world to see people taking the initiative to care about youth mental health

to give a quick background i started udaarshila because the mental health domain is super close to my heart student life right now is an absolute pressure cooker between competitive exams and placements and everyone around is silently burning out or dealing with insane anxiety instead of cold clinical spaces we are building a genuine community ecosystem focused on three main pillars dropping helpful online tools/content going on ground to schools for interactive wellness campaigns with 9th to 12th graders and providing proper one to one counseling sessions

right now we are actively building out our foundational team and while tech and ops are coming together i realized we desperately need creators to help us build our voice and presence online

if you are passionate about social media content creation scriptwriting video editing or even want to be the literal face of udaarshila on camera we need you

fair warning and complete transparency up front we are a 100% free community wellness ecosystem we have zero financial backup or corporate funding at this stage so this is entirely a voluntary passion project run on pure human impact and volunteer power
