Betty and Don host a card night with Carlton and Francine. Betty becomes more and more irritated as the night goes on (due to Bobby sneaking downstairs to grab M&Ms, the story about him tracing George Washington). Then after the get together, she is snappish when Don says Carlton isn’t happy. She takes out the trash and lights a cigarette outside.

Is her irritation due to having to host cheating Carlton? Bobby pissing her off?

Had been wet and dried out in several places. Meaning at least one woman had been reading it in the bathtub. If you know, you know. Also- Did they have toys back then?

Fifth time rewatching and only noticed this detail today. Season 1 was such a genius for the little details.

My uncle recently passed away. We have a family luncheon (his wife, my parents, and my brother) planned to celebrate his life in a couple of weeks. No funeral due to cremation. They had no children or other nieces and nephews than my brother and I.

My dad told me that I will receive a very good surprise, but he refuses to elaborate. Which is slightly frustrating because I don’t like surprises. It gives me anxiety.

I realize this is likely not his news to give me- it’s my aunts and it’s up to her. But he knows and I just don’t know how to react when I’m told. We aren’t a very emotional family, and I’m afraid of overreacting or under reacting.

I created a new family consisting of a man and his cat. The goal is for the cat to be the breadwinner and make money so the man does not have to have a job.
The cat, however, does NOT go and eat from the bowls until its hunger bar is so low. I get pop up boxes that I’m starving the cat, but he has three fresh food bowls.
The man will call this cat to dinner and the cat still won’t come over.

My Sims will at least open the fridge if they are hungry. Why is this cat so dumb? Has anyone had a cat starve itself? The cats name is Timothee and he needs to pay the bills!

I am seeking to purchase a BSH. I have been doing as much research as possible on cat ownership. I am wanting to put my name down for a waitlist (litter would come about sometime in the fall). However, one of the stipulations for purchasing from this breeder is I would have to provide proof of pet insurance.

Now…I’ve only ever owned dogs before. And I’ve never had pet insurance. As far as I recall…pet insurance has only become pushed full throttle the past six years or so.

I don’t see why a kitten would need pet insurance, or even what insurance companies would sell it? It feels like one more insurance company to “deal with”. I see it as another way for the breeder to be assured customers won’t euthanize their cat or return their cat over medical issues…but I feel as if it’s kind of a ridiculous demand. Is it? Not my first time purchasing from a breeder, but only dogs and this was never a thing. Should I keep looking at other catteries? I’ve never had problems paying vet bills before. It just seems strange to me.
