This stunt in the NFS movie really had a big childhood impact

I remember watching this movie as a kid with my cousins at a sleepover. I replayed this scene a million times that night. This... was one of those things that made my childhood, MY CHILDHOOD.

Big NFSR Announcement - NFS Rivals

I will be posting a FULL guide here, Steam and Discord on how to unlock the DLC cars for NFS Rivals. This is intended for those who have no idea where their DLC cars are after buying the game when it's servers shutdown, and for those who have not unlocked it yet. Stay tuned.

It has been over a month now. Here are my second thoughts on Asphalt Legends! (Gameplay Upload and thorough review)

Ok people. It has been quite the asphalt Journey, and I feel I have a few words to share. Asphalt Legends unite is Hella fun. It is much better than Asphalt 8 for so many reasons and the progression of the game Isn't that slow.

But this game is f*cking P2W. It's so P2W, it genuinely feels like a drug playing this game. Like last time, I still heavily feel that the game can F2P when you sacrifice a lot of time (That I don't have at all.), but now I see how P2W asphalt is.

I've developed some sort of skill in the game, and I learnt a lot practicing the game on my own. I taught myself that jumping off a ramp and 360-ing right at the very end gives off more speed. I also discovered a 360 floaty drift thinking i just invented something new and turns out it existed for the longest of time lmao. It's these elements that make the game such a good fish-hook bait for people like me.

Another issue I've come across in the past 6-7 weeks of playing this game is that it's super buggy and some cars are so bugged, they are kind of fun to drive (E.G Hyundai N vision, i think), but the bugs are a lot and very noticeable. E.G is that new event notification that is broken and says (larpiso... whatever kinda forgot) and new audi SE with 0x import part as a reward. This season feels poorly planned and it really makes me not want to play the game, but hey fuck it.

This season isn't as rewarding as the last season and it sucks, behind P2W walls for the Audi S-class event, and other events.

Here is a new rating based on provided criteria and what needs to be focused on and Micellaneous ratings.

Graphics: 11/10 (much better than A8)

Gameplay: 6/10 (broken cars that are either too fast or too slow)

MP: 7/10 Optimised, but Car rank matchmaking needs a lot of improvement.

Events: 10/10 (I am always Top 20 - Top 5 % for all the events so that's fun)

Gauntlet: 10/10 Fucking fun asf.

Gauntlet specs: I have a good car collection, so I absolutely destroy all Div II players (my rank). (Mclaren @ 3218 ranking, Corvette grand sport @ 2912 rating I think, Pagani Zonda cinque @ 2626 rating, Super fast accel C-class E-car.. smn Piranha or whatever @ 2200 rating, Ferrari Laferrari @ Max 1*)

Music: 2/10 Catchy but I always have to boot spotify nowadays. Too repetitive and some other guy commented on my last post bout order of songs. I absolutely relate to him lol.

Should I?

I joined the community just for my profile but never owned the game. Is it worth it my time and should I buy it? I've heard a lot of good about the game itself and I wanted to make sure I don't end up wasting my money. I see this subreddit is active time to time, so I will assume it will be worth since I am a big fan of racing games, whether arcade or sim.

3 weeks into Asphalt Legends - Here are my thoughts

I got the game via steam. Been playing for 3 weeks and feels like I'm a long-term player. I've learnt that this is a real skill game and over time it is NOT P2W.

It's addicting and it is really fun. The feeling of getting a new car and staring up cars I like is really addicting and it is new-entry players friendly... well to some extent (I'll explain).

The matchmaking is fair, but once I reached Plat II the game indirectly told me I'm still a newbie. It's impossible to beat anyone with those ranked cars, etc hence I feel that the matchmaking is pretty fair but giving us horrible handling and nitro free-try cars (That horrible Lotus) is not right... moving on...

I have unlocked a lot of things in the game, and I think that me joining the game now was pure luck because I joined in the middle of a mayhem event and the MP1 event where I unlocked a really good fleet of cars like the grand sport... Others include the Mclaren and the Pagani... Can't forget that Ford GT as well.

I joined a super dope club (400 000 club points) and the rewards were great... but i hope the rewards are seasonal and that it doesn't end there ever!

I rate the game a solid (8.4/10) Why?

Graphics - (10/10) impressive graphics for an arcade game.

Menu UI - (7/10) Easy to follow, but a lot of things are buried and isn't new user friendly.

Music - (6/10) Only 3 weeks and I already know every song in the game... songs aren't bad at all.

Gameplay - (11/10) What makes Asphalt... Asphalt.

MP Matchmaking - (7/10) Absolutely Fair!

P2W? - NO

F2P Vs P2W? - Absolutely fair. But time must be given up for F2P players.

Don't mind the small smudges and wall bumps, and my Hit wall threshold is high meaning small bumps are allowed but not big crashes.
