I know it's not mold, it's not fuzzy. I suspect it's the fat from the dried Blueberries I added last week. I know it has something to do with them because I actually let this Blueberry pyment sit for a while after racking and pasturising and it never got this. I did notice on the dried blueberry packet that it did contain sunflower oil, I did dunk it in hot water to try and remove the oils. Perhaps I did not do a good enough job of it? In any case if indeed this is fat, how should I proceed from here? I was gonna take it off the dried Blueberries tmr anyway. If anything I can say "Oh so that's how fats react with alcohol." Or not. Either way thanks in advance.
