Ich hab mich mal durch einige Beiträge und Kommentare geklickt und immer wieder sehe ich "202x angefangen bei 60k jetzt sind es 115k gesamtvergütung in der gleichen firma"

Wie kommt man zu solchen Gehaltsanstiegen? Ich kann mir weder vorstellen, dass den Chef ständig nach 5k Erhöhung fragen langfristig gut geht, noch, dass der Chef aus der güte seines Herzens auf einmal das Gehalt verdoppelt.

Ich stehe gerade selbst nach dem master zum ersten mal in einer Firma und habe keine Ahnung wie und wann ich anfangen soll zu verhandeln. Daher richtet sich meine Frage an die Menschen hier die ständig von ihren starken Gehaltserhöhungen berichten: wie habt ihr das geschafft? Wann habt ihr verhandelt? Hattet ihr Angebote von anderen Firmen?

My Mainboard fried last week. Nothing you can do, went on Amazon, ordered the ASUS Prime B760M-A D4-CSM. Next day delivery, moved everything.

Fans spin, monitor gets out of sleep, shows no signal, goes back to sleep. After alot of testing I found out that this happens when I try to use 2 ram sticks. Only boots with a single stick.

What I've tried:

- Single stick in all 4 slots (A1 and A2 won't work, B1 and B2 work)

- All dual stick combinations (none work)

- loosening the Mainboard and CPU cooler screws, going as far as taking the board fully out of the case and running it without a cooler

- returning the Mainboard and reordering the same one thinking it's broken, exact same problem persists

- trying two completely separate ram sticks

- booting without the GPU and with only one SSD

- reseating the CPU like twelve times

CPU is Intel Core i7-12700

Other parts shouldn't matter as I've tried with replacement parts. Anyone got any advice?
