Catalytic converter stolen last night

Wife's car was parked on the street in front of our house(we live near Cochran and Stearns). We heard her car alarm go off at 2:30-3am. It stopped before we could turn it off so we thought it was an another driver turning off their alarm. Come to find out her catalytic converter was stolen. Quoted close to 3,000$ to have it fixed. Consider protecting your cars.

Edit: Found a mechanic who can fix it for 1400$.

PSA if any of your doors are making a unusual noise when you open and close it don't ignore it.

Heard squeaking coming from the drivers door. Ignored it because I didn't want to spend the 250$ to get it diagnosed. Finally decided to take it in and now it will cost about 4,000$ to replace the entire door and paint. It's a 2022 Mach E Premium with 76,000 miles on it(sound started at approximately a year ago with 55,000 miles).
