Watching anti-animal-cruelty videos disappear from other subreddits

This morning someone posted a video of an industrial calf hutch yard on r/Damnthatsinteresting. We all know what they looks like here, but it's news to a lot of people. Virtually all of the comments were sympathetic to the cows and calling out the atrocious conditions, until the post was deleted. Mods are such pathetic fucking cowards.

Reading dating advice and hearing about the experiences of the women I know makes me want to exit the planet (hyperbolic)

Reading dating advice subs is torture. Of course people are more inclined to complain than to go online and say "everything is great in my relationship, no complaints."

But holy SHIT how are women so bad at picking men? It's depressing and infuriating. Based on the guys the women I know are choosing, I should stop washing my ass, ignore her texts, call her stupid, get a DUI, and be openly racist.

I recently watched a friend of a friend have one of the worst dates I've ever heard of, let alone witnessed firsthand. I told my friend that it was too bad I was originally attracted to her until the date showed up, and that if she ever wants a guy who is tall, doesn't dress like an edgy teenager, can legally drive, has a good relationship with his family, and has never been in a Mexican prison for any length of time, I'm right here.

So, the next day, aforementioned woman with the bad date wants my number, apparently. I get a little excited. She invites me to karaoke. I am now really excited.

She says she is out with some friends. Just platonic. Okay. It's two guys who each could kill me with their bare hands. Okay. Great.

We hang out and it's okay. But she leaves her phone on the table for a minute, on several occasions, and she leaves her messages up, and she's having several friendly convos about how her night is going with "James" and "William 💕" (yes with the emoji) while I'm right there.

I said, hey, okay, who is James? It's her ex husband. Okay great. So you just give up-to-the-minute updates to your ex husband. Cool. And William 💕? Oh he's a guy she met on a dating app. And no she won't stop talking to him to get to know me. After I excused myself and went to another bar, she let me know that "two older black gentlemen" also showed up to join her. Oddly specific, but good for you?!

Other experiences recently involved someone I thought was the most amazing and fun personality I've ever met. We went out dancing and riding motorcycles and we bonded over even more common passions. But she likes a guy who lives an hour away, ignores her, and lies to her about things like how many kids he has with how many women and how many of those women CURRENTLY LIVE WITH HIM.

This is all optional. You could stop whenever you want. It's not hard to spot a raging douchebag. I can spot them. You can spot them. Do better.
