I can't return my pack, WHY????
Soo on Aug2, I bought a pack for PJDV but forgot to do it for my account and not my brother's, 8 downloaded a bit of it until i realized but i didn't get to to play any of it because it's an add-on.
I have been contacting the Playstation support for almost 2 weeks, the first time the AI told me I'd get a human to talk to me in a few minutes WHICH DIDNT HAPPEN, the second time actually gave me a human THAT WASN'T HELPFUL OR HAD A BRAIN TO UNDERSTAND THAT ADD-ONS CANT BE USED UNLESS THEY'RE DOWNLOADED (if they need downloading).
The 2 weeks are going to end soon, what do I do to get my money back? Andd thanks for the help everyone!
