I went to study abroad, and there’s this person my friend, I mean, my crush. I’ve liked him for almost a year now, and somehow we became best friends along the way, even though I still haven’t confessed to him.
One time, I told him about how much I loved Being Funny in a Foreign Language by The 1975, especially the song About You. If there’s one song that feels like my life, it’s “About You.” Some people say it’s overrated, but I’ve been listening to it since the day it was released, and it’s always meant something deeper to me.

At first, he told me he wasn’t really into bands like The 1975. Still, I kept talking about the album and recommending songs to him anyway. Then one day, he told me he actually listened to the whole album. I honestly thought he was joking, but he wasn’t. He ended up loving it, and now it’s one of his go-to albums (literally listened to all the 1975 albums and songs)

Even now, months after I left, we still talk every single day. Whenever he goes somewhere new or explores a place, he sends me screenshots of the songs he’s listening to especially “About You” and songs from the album.

And sometimes I can’t help but wonder if he really just loves the music that much… or if maybe, somewhere along the way, he started liking me too. bc i never had the courage to confess bc im afraid it might ruin the friendship.

Every time I listen to All I Need to Hear, I end up thinking about him (it is his fave song). And honestly, the worst part is knowing I can’t really do anything about it. Somehow, the song says everything I’ve been trying so hard not to admit to myself.

I wanna when will they release the decision? And on what day? For priority transfer deadline
