Asking for a friend- what are everyone’s thoughts/experiences at VML? Specifically the PM and Account departments?

Has anyone recently gone through maternity leave at Omni? Did they let you combine PTO on top of the leave? saw they cut down the paid leave from 16 to 10 weeks which is horrid.

Hey everyone. Currently getting two tattoos removed by Removery. Which is going well however they quoted me $5000 for a half sleeve floral outline to be fully removed which seems very expensive. Does anyone have any good reputable places that they can recommend for tattoo removal in central Jersey?

For background- the reason that I’m getting two tattoos removed by them currently is because I have already paid two years ago in full for that package.

My husband and I (not legally married) are considering living with/near his family in Italy. He is of Italian descent, and I am a dual citizen - American / Polish. He, however, does not have his citizenship, so we are thinking of him joining with a Visa. Has anyone had experience working remotely for a US-based company while residing in another country for less than 6 months? We only want to do this temporarily ( for now). He has enough passive income that he would not need to work. I have about 2k/month in passive income; however, I will need and want to work to avoid a lapse in my career. Has anyone successfully done this? Or is the only way around this to quit the current remote job and restart when we are back in America? thank you!!
